Watch tennis players in tournaments
We train and develop players so they can become competitive players, to assure that our work impacts them, we sometimes go watch their matches in tournaments. During the match , the coach supervises performance and take note of positive and negative aspects. We identify what went wrong and improve it in practice. Everybody plays to win but it’s not obvious to win every time, and if we don’t win, we don’t lose, we learn. Lot of players learns by mistake .Parents want instant result from their children in tournaments but the principles of sport ask for patience.

Physical activities that emphasize movement skills such as sprint, core strength , leg strength , co-ordination , endurance , static and dynamic balance , sit ups and push-ups to help players have a good footwork on court . It will be done at the time to complement the tennis.
There is personal fitness training available to help players on individual needs at separate cost. Tennis is % 50 play and % 50 fitness.

Tennis Lesson instructor, Seydou is a professional tennis player who plays on ATP Tour for several years. He began teaching in 2008 at Christ Evert Tennis Academy one of the biggest tennis academies in the US in Boca Raton, Florida. He moved to the bay area in 2009 and worked with Eagle Fustar the same year and The Harker School for over three years as Assistant Professional . Seydou loves to spread the culture of knowing and to make discover to others .
He is a PTR Professional certified and has a high standard of playing and teaching a skill . These experiences gave him the knowledge to develop champions at the junior level and produce college players for the past ten years .
